Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Security Manager to lead security and event staff at our NH venue. You will plan, direct, and supervise security operations, maintain schedules, and coordinate with production teams to ensure a safe, fan-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in security with supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, at the SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH.

Qualifications

• 3+ years security experience required.
• 1+ year supervisory or managerial security experience required.
• Experience with live events preferred.
• Military or law enforcement experience desirable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or GED; BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise security and event staff.
• Maintain master staff schedules and assist hiring.
• Coordinate security resources to meet safety goals.
• Develop and enforce procedures for a safe work environment.
• Prepare clear oral and written reports as required.
• Interact with guests to promote a fan-friendly environment.
• Coordinate with operations and external agencies as needed.
• Conduct safety trainings and periodic staff briefings.
• Work with Production/Event Management to coordinate logistics.
