Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store experiences across our U.S. Lindt Chocolate Shops. The role emphasizes sales leadership, product knowledge, and staff development to deliver premium customer service.

Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a compensation range of $16.00–$17.00 per hour. The company supports an equal opportunity workplace and may include a bonus incentive.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and contribute to district targets.
• Model and communicate the store's sales mission to staff.
• Assist with development of each team member's commitment to sales results.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and KPIs and external opportunities.
• Demonstrate Lindt standards through daily activities and 4 Moments of Influence.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate stock issues to avoid losses.
• Staff development: train sales staff per Lindt guidelines to build knowledgeable, friendly teams.
• Train staff in sales techniques and product knowledge and ensure brand consistency.
• Escalate issues to Store Management professionally and promptly.
• Operational controls: ensure store meets company standards and cleanliness.
