Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers across our U.S. locations. You will apply strong product knowledge, engage customers, and contribute to meeting sales targets while upholding Lindt standards in service and presentation.

The role requires a friendly, energetic self-starter who can work nights and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment, with compensation in the $15–$17 per hour range and potential bonuses.

Qualificações

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest levels of customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure inventory/pricing accuracy.
• Assist with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Support store operations and adhere to quality procedures.
