Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a positive and engaging in-store experience for our customers. You will rely on your product knowledge and enthusiasm to help shoppers explore premium chocolates across Lindt shops.

The role requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays, with compensation shown as $16–$17 per hour. Prior retail experience and strong interpersonal skills are valued as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sales: contribute to achieving sales plans with customer service, product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Model Lindt standards in dress code, up-selling and selling focus.
• Promote marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and elevate customer or product issues to management.
