Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver premium, in-store customer experiences across Lindt Shops. You will provide friendly service, knowledge of our products, and execute sales with Lindt standards while supporting store operations.

Requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. Prior retail experience preferred; full-time role with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsabilités

• Sales: contribute to sales by providing high levels of customer service, product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.
• Operational Controls: take ownership, cash management, stocking, store cleaning and compliance with QA policies.
