Job summary

Ghirardelli Chocolate Company in San Francisco is seeking a Retail & Restaurant Supervisor to lead a shift, motivate the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll start at $22.61–$23.61 per hour plus tips, with holiday pay, quarterly bonuses, PTO from day one, a 50% employee discount, and a free sundae or shake every shift. Flexible scheduling and opening/closing duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise shifts.
• Lead sales floor, cash wrap, and café areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation.
• Monitor sales and labor to meet business goals.
• Serve as the point of contact during manager absences.
