Job summary

Ghirardelli Milpitas is hiring for Restaurant & Retail Associates. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and handling daily retail operations at our Milpitas location. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour plus tips, with holiday pay, a 50% employee discount, and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Shifts may extend before/after store hours for prep and clean-up, including nights and weekends. Eligible candidates should be energetic, reliable, and capable of working across various tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service.
• Manage cash handling and credit card processing per company procedures.
• Assemble and stock retail items according to guidelines.
• Keep sales floor and back stock properly stocked and priced.
• Maintain cleanliness and display standards.
• Follow Food Safety guidelines for area and equipment.
• Operate the fountain area and related equipment as needed.
• Assist with gift-wrap and upsell opportunities.
