Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and Company History
• Utilize knowledge to satisfy guest inquiries and create up-sell opportunities
• Follow Food Safety guidelines and keep fountain area clean and sanitary
• Keep all fountain supplies stocked on sales floor and behind fountain area
• Maintain storerooms, coolers, and freezers in a clean, orderly fashion
• Clean windows and mirrors as needed or directed by supervisor
• Maintain guest and employee washing facilities in good condition
• Set up, maintain, and break down fountain area
• Replenish toppings and fountain items and minimize waste
• Maintain ice cream flavors and product knowledge
• Work as Topper or Scooper as needed
• Perform Semi-Table Service as part of guest satisfaction
