Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to enhance in-store experiences and drive premium service at our Utah location. You will share extensive product knowledge, assist customers with selections, manage transactions, and uphold Lindt standards in every interaction.

As part of a fast-growing premium chocolate brand, you will contribute to weekly sales goals, upsell marketing programs, maintain store presentation, and work nights, weekends, and holidays to support customers and store success.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to create premium in-store experiences.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets; upsell and promote marketing programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation; model dress code and Lindt standards.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management when needed.
