Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience and knowledgeable customer service across Lindt Chocolate Shops in the U.S. You will help customers, drive sales, and uphold brand standards daily.

The role requires high energy, reliability, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining product knowledge and brand integrity. Compensation reflects hourly market rates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed store sales goals through product knowledge and upselling.
• Maintain store standards in dress, appearance, and selling focus.
• Promote marketing programs and use resources to optimize selling activity.
• Report customer or product issues to management promptly.
• Ensure cash handling, POS accuracy, and paperwork compliance.
• Restock shelves, check dates, monitor pricing, and keep shelves tidy.
• Perform store maintenance and cleaning as directed.
