Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver premium in-store experiences, leveraging product knowledge and customer service to drive sales at Lindt Chocolate Shops across the U.S.

You will handle sales, maintain store standards, assist with shelf replenishment, follow Quality Assurance policies, and work nights, weekends and holidays as required. A High School diploma is required and you may lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.

• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Consistently contribute to the store's ability to achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales plan by providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrated product knowledge and Lindt specific selling skills.
• Operational Controls: Take ownership and actively participate in ensuring operational standards and controls are consistently adhered to.
• Qualifications & Requirements: Skills & Knowledge—interact positively with customers; Basic math and/or accounting skills; Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
• Experience: Prior retail experience, preferred in a specialty retail environment; lifting requirements as listed.
• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
