Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver a premium in-store experience at our Clinton, CT location. You will share your passion for Lindt products, provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and support daily sales objectives with a positive, engaging demeanor.

You are expected to work nights, weekends and holidays, assist with stocking, cash handling and store upkeep, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the store’s weekly, monthly and annual sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate Lindt selling skills and uphold dress code and presentation standards.
• Promote current marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor customer or product issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking and pricing accuracy.
• Handle cash management tasks per policies and procedures.
