Job summary

Levy is seeking a Premium Manager to oversee Premium/Catering Operations at Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and financial performance. The candidate will work with the Director, coaching the team to drive operational excellence and results.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in hospitality, a strong service mindset, and the ability to manage complex catering programs across high-profile events and venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Understanding of financial concepts.
• Passion for hospitality and food.

Responsibilities

• Understands all menus, product offerings, and pricing
• Ensures all premium/catering areas have proper displays, and products
• Communicates client’s needs through timely and detailed written/verbal communications
• Successfully presents Levy catering services to guests in a manner that exceeds guest expectations and profitability
• Executes all security, safety and sanitation standards and enforces responsible alcohol service policies
• Builds and maintains strong relationships
• Executes all menus and promotions outlined by the Director in accordance with Levy standards
• Achieves daily sales, budget and assigned cost goals
• Effectively verifies all opening and closing inventories
• Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing
• Ensures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the handbook
• Forecasts and adequately schedules team members to meet operational needs
• Ensures proper cash handling procedures are being performed
• Interviews, hires, and develops according to Levy guidelines
