Compass Group USA (Levy division) seeks a Premium Manager to oversee in-house catering facilities and daily operations, coordinating with catering sales and culinary teams to ensure excellent guest service and profitability.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, equipment/inventory management and revenue growth, with a focus on strong interpersonal stakeholder management and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food and beverage operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations.
• Present Levy catering services to guests in a profitable manner.
• Communicate client needs to ensure internal understanding and guest expectations.
• Develop location-specific food and wine knowledge.
• Initiate contact with clients to secure food and beverage selections.
• Hold team accountable to service steps to deliver great guest service.
• Ensure show quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team members.
• Obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations.
• Support and communicate Company initiatives.
• Respond to and assist in departmental guest service issues.
• Execute menus, promotions and programs as outlined by Director of Catering.
• Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals.
• Meet assigned budget goals.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
• Complete daily reporting and month-end closing.
