Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort in California is seeking a server to provide excellent dining experiences and post-sale guest service. You will describe specials, answer menu questions with confidence, and deliver meals in a full-service setting.

You will operate a 27” tray, uphold safety and sanitation, and participate in training such as TIPS and Guest Service within 90 days. This role requires teamwork and strong guest interaction skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, plus related experience is a plus.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Strong math skills for handling discounts, figures, and payments.

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders from guests.
Describe Chef’s specials, wines/spirits, promotions, and answer menu questions with confidence.
Deliver food orders to guests in a full-service restaurant.
Carry a 27” oval tray with hot and cold items.
Maintain restaurant service standards and safety/sanitation practices.
Obtain TIPS certificate and Guest Service Training within 90 days of employment.
Perform wine service tasks, including describing, opening, and presenting wine.
Assist with bussing, seating guests, side work, and other duties as assigned.
