Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food & beverage; casino or high-volume hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines, alcohol service regulations, and gaming industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of casino F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, lounge).
• Ensure delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and guest service.
• Monitor casino floor service and coordinate with other departments for guest satisfaction.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising F&B staff; coaching and evaluations.
