Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in Food & Beverage, restaurant, hotel, casino, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage or hospitality environment required.
• Previous casino, resort, hotel, or entertainment venue experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Food & Beverage operations with visible floor leadership and guest focus.
• Coach and develop team members while ensuring compliance and safety.
• Maintain beverage and inventory controls and coordinate orders.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards and OLCC compliance.
• Resolve guest concerns and promote smooth service during high-volume periods.
