Job summary

A leading technology service provider in Anaheim is seeking a Premium Care Technician to join their team. This role involves being the initial point of contact for new clients, performing equipment testing and servicing, and ensuring excellent customer interaction. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and 1–3 years of experience in a relevant industry. A strong technical background and customer service skills are essential. This position also requires safe operation of service vehicles and tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the battery or related industry, preferably in field service.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• CDL with hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of shop tools.
• CDL with hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain).
• Training in spill containment and EPA/safety awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform battery testing, pressure washing, and equipment servicing.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and report water acidity levels (pH testing) and handle non-potable water properly.

• Accurately complete work orders and maintain service records.

In this role, you'll be the face of our company during the initial servicing of new clients—setting the tone for long‑term relationships through quality work and professionalism. You'll test and clean company equipment, ensure proper maintenance procedures are in place, and provide excellent customer interaction from day one.

What We’re Looking For:
