Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group operates a global portfolio of lifestyle brands and hosts gatherings at premium destinations. We are seeking a Cafe Attendant for the Convene Aries Club in Boston to deliver exceptional service, prepare cafe offerings, and create a welcoming, high-end experience for members and guests.

You will work full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional early starts for events. Competitive $18.00/hour plus tips, overtime eligible, plus a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work with cafe equipment.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end cafe service and recommendations to guests.
• Prepare espresso and tea beverages to standard recipes.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Restock items and maintain cleanliness of cafe area.
• Support events with flexible start times and coordination.
• Assist in daily team operations and safety compliance.
