Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulations.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and drive engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
