2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the Leesville territory. You will engage adults in compliant conversations, share promotions, and collect feedback while traveling to various stores.

The position emphasizes energetic communication, reliability, and the ability to build rapport with store personnel. A strong personality and customer-service mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing or promotions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and encourage purchase consideration.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
