2020 Companies is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for full-time, on-site retail activations across a designated territory. Engage adults, share brand information, collect feedback, and distribute approved offers while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.

Role emphasizes meeting new people, delivering memorable brand experiences, and traveling within the territory to scheduled events. Prior related experience is preferred; no tobacco industry experience required beyond compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
