Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking full-time Brand Ambassadors in Indiana for retail activations across territories. You will engage adult consumers, verify ages, distribute promos, and gather feedback while traveling between stores.

A great personality and comfort in social environments are key assets for representing a premium brand. Eligible candidates should be at least 21, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events marketing, or promotional marketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on promotions and promotions, encouraging purchase consideration.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey data through reporting systems.
• Travel throughout territory to support scheduled visits and events.
