5Star Life Insurance Company in Lincoln, NE seeks a Premium Billing Specialist to join the Policy Administration team. You will apply payments to groups and individuals, reconcile discrepancies, and support account managers and new business teams.

The role requires HS diploma or some college, basic financial accounting experience, and strong Excel/Office skills. You will respond to agent inquiries, assist with portal training, and help prepare reports and tax forms with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic financial accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply payments to groups and individuals and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support Account Managers and New Business teams with agent accounts.
• Respond to agent emails/calls and provide requested information.
• Assist in portal training and provide general information.
• Prepare, review and disseminate reports and tax forms as needed.
