Qualifications

• HS diploma, some college preferred.
• Experience in basic financial accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Apply payments to groups and individuals; reconcile as needed.
• Support Account Managers and New Business teams in agent account accuracy.
• Respond to agent emails and calls; reset log-in passwords; assist in training.
• Prepare, review, and disseminate reports and tax forms (Schedule As, Form 5500s) and support audits.
