Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial related field.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles required.
• Experience with premium and reconciliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee group accounts and daily activities.
• Billing and reconciliation: audit and adjust billing; post premium remittances.
• Coordinate with necessary parties to maintain account statuses.
• Maintain records of premium activities and provide regular reports.
• Assist with customer calls, draft correspondence, and improve service.
