The Standard is seeking a PHS Billing Analyst to ensure accurate and timely premium billing for group insurance policies. You will process and reconcile billing transactions, resolve discrepancies, and partner with internal and external teams to support billing operations.

This role also contributes to process improvements and system enhancements while delivering excellent customer service. Expect a schedule 8am–6pm EST and opportunities to grow within a high-performance culture focused on

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting or complex financial experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare, insurance, or financial services environment.
• Experience with billing, premium processing, reconciliation, or related financial operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with billing and administrative systems such as Group Access, GroupFacts, AdminEase, Lawson, Clarity, or OMAR.

Responsabilidades

• Process and reconcile premium billing transactions, including adjustments, reversals, and delinquent accounts.
• Prepare, review, and audit group invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while partnering with internal teams and customers.
• Serve as a billing subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex inquiries.
• Support system enhancements, audits, reporting activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• This role requires the ability to work between the hours of 8am-6pm EST.
