You will work with agents and premium finance companies to resolve billing questions and ensure correct processing of funds.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and numerical proficiency.
• Proficiency with business applications and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage collection and reconciliation of outstanding premium balances, incl. older balances.
• Communicate with insurance agents regarding balances due and payment processes.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Review agency bill balances for canceled policies and collect due premiums.
• Research payments across systems to ensure correct fund allocations.
• Respond to inquiries with high-quality customer service.
• Maintain confidential records and protect sensitive information.
