The Standard is seeking a PHS Billing Analyst II to manage premium billing processes and support automated billing solutions with advanced Excel and VBA programming.

This role involves handling transactions, improving reporting, and resolving billing discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of accounting or complex financial experience.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Advanced Excel with VBA macros experience.
• Experience integrating Excel with external applications.

Responsibilities

• Process premium billing transactions and adjust/reconcile monthly cycles with clear stakeholder communication.
• Develop, maintain, and automate Excel-based reports and VBA tools to improve efficiency.
• Investigate billing discrepancies with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Design data transfer workflows between Excel and external systems to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct audits and propose process improvements to strengthen controls and accuracy.
