Job summary

The Standard is seeking a PHS Billing Analyst II to manage premium billing transactions, develop Excel-based tools, and automate billing processes. The role requires strong Excel/VBA skills, accounting/financial experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years accounting/complex financial experience and 3 years customer service experience.
Advanced Excel and VBA programming experience to support automated billing processes.
Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to draft professional email correspondence.

Responsibilities

Manage and process premium billing transactions including invoices, adjustments, deductions, reversals, and monthly cycles.
Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, reports, and VBA macros to automate billing processes.
Analyze and resolve complex billing discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Design and monitor data integrations and automated data transfers between Excel and external systems.
Conduct audits, reconcile billing data, and propose process improvements.
