The PHS Billing Analyst II manages premium billing processes and supports automated billing solutions through advanced Excel and VBA programming. This role is responsible for processing financial transactions, improving reporting and workflow efficiency, and resolving billing discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical, technical, written, and verbal communication skills, with frequent email and phone interactions, as well as intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
You’ll Need Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 2 years of accounting or complex financial experience 3 years of customer service experience. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional email correspondence and effectively manage frequent phone interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including development and maintenance of complex macros using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). Experience integrating Excel with external applications, including COM Automation, process automation, and data exchange between systems.

Salary Range: $49,250.00 - $72,250.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
