Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring a Food and Beverage Server for Brew Brothers at Horseshoe Indianapolis. The role entails serving meals and beverages in a fast-paced, casino-driven environment, while upholding sanitation, safety, and courtesy at all times.

You will follow venue service steps, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a smoking-friendly, high-traffic setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must have neat and clean appearance and adhere to casino dress code.
• Must be able to obtain and hold an Occupational License as required by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for serving meals and beverages to patrons in a prompt, correct and courteous fashion.
• Demonstrates sanitary food handling and equipment safety; proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Maintain clean and neat work area.
• Follow venue steps of service and policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
