Caesars Entertainment is hiring a Food and Beverage Server for Brew Brothers at Horseshoe Indianapolis. The role entails serving meals and beverages in a fast-paced, casino-driven environment, while upholding sanitation, safety, and courtesy at all times.

You will follow venue service steps, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a smoking-friendly, high-traffic setting.

• Previous serving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must have neat and clean appearance and adhere to casino dress code.
• Must be able to obtain and hold an Occupational License as required by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.

Job Summary

Responsible for serving meals and beverages to patrons in a prompt, correct and courteous fashion in any of the property'sfoodandbeverageoutletsandbanquetareas.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Demonstratesanitaryfoodhandlingandequipmentsafety, properlystore and label food items,maintain standards of sanitation andfood handling based on County,State and Federal regulations.

Maintain clean and neat work area.

Follow the Steps of service for the venue they areworking as outlined in the venue policies and procedures.

Assure exceptional customerservicetoallpatronsbycommunicatinginapleasant, friendly,andprofessionalmanneratalltimes.

Must follow allcash handling SOP'softhe venuethey areworking.

Performs allotherduties as assigned bymanagement.

Note -this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.

What You Will Need

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Previous serving experience required.

Musthaveneatandcleanappearanceandadheretothecasinopolicyondress codeandbeout-going.

Musthave the ability to obtain and hold an Occupational License as required by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission. Must be certifiedinServeSafeAlcoholAwareness,andIndianaStateapproveAlcoholTraining.HoldanIndianaATC{Alcohol& Tobacco Commission) License.

Position requires scheduling flexibility, may be required to work weekends, holidays, overnight, or overtime, based upon scheduling and business needs.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
