Job summary

Flight Club Atlanta is seeking a Bartender to deliver a high-quality guest experience in an energetic, tech-enabled Social Darts environment in Atlanta, GA. The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and a vibrant service culture.

You will manage orders, ensure accurate charges, and contribute to an engaging guest experience while upholding standards and participating in a dynamic team-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs.
• Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS.
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring sections are prepared for service.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere and train new bartenders to uphold company standards.
