Job summary

Paradies Lagardère seeks a service-oriented team member to deliver first-class guest service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, explain menu options, and provide recommendations while maintaining a polished appearance and friendly demeanor.

You will manage orders and payments at the POS, support seating and stock tasks, and respond to guest concerns to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Knowledge of English and strong math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience serving required.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• TIPS Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and cash handling procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods, and to demonstrate good judgement when dealing with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests promptly.
• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a lasting first and last impression.
• Totals bill accurately and accept payment following established guidelines.
