Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Host to deliver courteous, efficient service and support dining operations in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, coordinate seating, and assist servers while maintaining a clean host stand and accurate wait times.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Prior food/beverage experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food and Beverage experience in a full service setting preferred.
• Able to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and with others.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and manage proper server rotation with a friendly, professional approach.
• Assist servers and food runners as needed; support quick to-go order processing in the POS system.
• Maintain a clean host stand and store appearance; monitor waiting lists and wait times.
• Provide courteous service, uphold the company's TRIFIC values, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with applicable laws.
