Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Bartender in the United States to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean bar area while upholding safety and service standards.

Open availability Monday through Sunday, including holidays and peak periods, is required. Prior bartending experience and strong cash handling and math skills are expected to build guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work open schedule Monday–Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Process orders and payments through the POS system.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and verify ages.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary bar area.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
