HEI Hotels and Resorts invites applications for a bartender at the Westin Tampa Harbour Island, an on-site, full-time position. You will maintain bar setup, greet guests, mix drinks, and handle cash and POS transactions, ensuring accurate checks and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Hotel/bar experience preferred and a professional appearance.
• Excellent guest communication and ability to upsell drinks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and end-of-shift balancing.
• Knowledge of garnishes, drink ingredients, and portion control.
• Ability to operate a POS system and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup with stock, garnishes, and utensils daily.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, prepare and present beverages.
• Operate POS, process payments, and balance cash at shift end.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and safety.
• Assist teammates and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
