Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts at Westin Tampa Harbour Island in Tampa, FL, seeks a Food Busser/Bar Back PM to support the Outlet Manager and servers. On-site, full-time role focusing on clearing tables, maintaining station cleanliness, serving beverages, and assisting with overall guest satisfaction.

You will handle table prep, stock maintenance, and proper tableware handling while adhering to attendance policies and contributing to a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
