Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; take beverage orders and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and present beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain bar stock, ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow Texas alcohol service laws (TABC) and safety procedures.
• Handle payments accurately and close out shifts.
• Develop new cocktail ideas and seasonal specials.
