Job summary

Paso Robles Inn, in partnership with the Charlie Palmer Collective, seeks experienced servers for The Pass opening late 2026. You will deliver beverage and food service with enthusiasm, accuracy, and a guest‑centered approach, creating memorable dining experiences in a thriving hospitality setting.

Preferred candidates have prior bar and service experience, California alcohol regulations knowledge, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Experience serving is required.
• Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handler Certification per California law are required.

Responsibilities

• Attentively take beverage orders from guests and servers, efficiently preparing cocktails per recipes and policies.
• Accurately record drink orders and enter into the register, process guest payments and make change.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Organize, maintain bottles and glasses, and restock bar inventory in an aesthetically pleasing, functional manner.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware and storage areas.
• Present drink menus, answer guest questions and make recommendations with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain open communication with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operation.
• Report equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the manager.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures throughout tasks.
