Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance and repair processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (Xtime, Dealertrack, etc.).
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional greeting and superb customer service.
• Explain service recommendations and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate service and repair with technicians and parts.
• Prepare cost estimates and review completed work with customers.
• Identify maintenance needs and promote service packages.
