You will advise customers on repairs and services, coordinate with the service team, and maintain detailed service records to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include 1+ year of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a focus on CSI.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to communicate repairs clearly to customers.
• Strong CSI focus and customer relationship skills.
• Familiarity with service processes and vehicle makes is a plus.
