Job summary

Executive Auto Group in Wallingford, CT is seeking an energetic Automotive Service Advisor to create a premium guest experience at Executive Dodge Jeep Ram. You will advise customers on repairs and services, coordinate with the service team, and maintain detailed service records to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include 1+ year of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a focus on CSI.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do:
