Lindsay Volvo Cars of Alexandria is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to welcome customers, listen to concerns, document needs, and explain recommended work in a professional, customer-first environment.

You will coordinate with technicians and parts, prepare repair orders, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure a smooth repair process and build lasting customer relationships within the Volvo brand.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and a good driving record.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to explain automotive services in a way customers can easily understand.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a professional, personalized service experience.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.

• Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work.

• Coordinate closely with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage customer loyalty.
