The position offers earnings in a wide annual range with advancement opportunities in a luxury dealership environment and collaboration with sales and finance teams. Open availability is required, including Saturdays.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused sales environments.
• Luxury or high-end sales experience is a plus, including premium automotive, jewelry, fashion, or real estate.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with new and returning Audi Minneapolis customers.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and the purchasing process.
• Deliver a consultative, personalized sales experience.
• Become an expert on Audi vehicles, features, technology, and inventory.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Partner with the sales and finance teams to create a seamless buying experience.
