Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Northlake is seeking a driven automotive salesperson to sell new and used vehicles while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, demonstrate vehicle features, prepare sales paperwork, and coordinate delivery and registration to meet dealership goals. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management.

Responsibilities

• Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales contract.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engages in business development and maintains CSI at or above company standards.
