Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• CRM experience preferred (Elead experience is a plus).
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned tasks consistently and efficiently.
• Monitor customer responses in Elead email messaging daily.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes in CRM.
• Ensure all communication and follow-up activity is properly documented.
• Prepare for scheduled appointments by ensuring the vehicle is ready.
