• Complete daily assigned tasks efficiently.
• Monitor customer responses in Elead email messaging.
• Maintain accurate customer notes in CRM.
• Prepare for scheduled appointments by ensuring vehicle readiness.
• Manage missed appointments through follow-up.
• Engage with existing clients during service appointments.

Strong organizational and communication skills

CRM experience (Elead preferred)

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
