Responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned tasks consistently and efficiently.
• Monitor customer responses in Elead email messaging.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes in CRM.
• Ensure all communication and follow-up activity is documented.
• Manage missed appointments through follow-up and rescheduling.
